Thomas Tuchel names his next England squad on Friday ahead of the upcoming September World Cup qualifiers.

The Three Lions face Andorra and Serbia next month and will hope to continue their perfect record in Group K of the UEFA section, having won their first three games without conceding a goal.

Tuchel has often turned to the old guard in previous rosters, with the likes of Jordan Henderson and Kyle Walker retained despite their club careers tailing off. Both are in the running to be included again, although there are few certainties around the German's decisions.

Jack Grealish and Marcus Rashford may hope that loan moves have helped convince Tuchel of their worth, and the fact Kobbie Mainoo has reportedly requested a similar exit from Manchester United to get more game time would suggest he has not been included in the latest England roster.

Tuchel's latest squad is due to be announced at 12 p.m. BST (7 a.m. ET) on Friday, August 29.

It is anticipated that the German coach will hold a press conference to explain his decisions.

Tuchel is expected to name a squad of around 22-26 players for the September qualifiers.

One man hoping for a recall is Everton loanee Jack Grealish, who has started the season in positive fashion since leaving Manchester City. Marcus Rashford may also hope to earn a place now he is at Barcelona.

Ben White has reportedly told Tuchel he is available for selection again after years in a self-imposed exile from international football, but the Arsenal man will not be in this squad as he has a minor injury.

Jude Bellingham will not be involved due to shoulder surgery, and Bukayo Saka is out with a muscle issue.
