Jaziel Hart, a standout cornerback and wide receiver at North Cross, announced his commitment to Penn State during a ceremony Thursday at the school.

Hart is a four-star recruit and the top-ranked junior cornerback in Virginia, according to On3. The 6-foot, 170-pounder received over two dozen offers from Division I programs and made his choice Thursday from a list of five finalists that included Virginia Tech, Notre Dame, Tennessee and Michigan.
