One of the most electric players in recent college football and NFL history is heading back to the sidelines as the head coach of Delaware State.
DeSean Jackson, who played 15 seasons in the NFL for the Eagles, Commanders, Buccaneers, Rams, Raiders and Ravens, began coaching in 2024 as the offensive coordinator at Woodrow Wilson Classical High School in Long Beach, Calif. He will now coach a Hornets team that went 1-11 in 2024 and was winless in Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) play.
Delaware State will face Delaware in its first game of the 2025 season. The Blue Hens went 9-2 in 2024 and have an all-time record of 11-0 against the Hornets.
Here is everything you need to know about Jackson's coaching debut, including TV and streaming options for Delaware State vs. Delaware.
