Andrew Kolvet, Kirk's executive producer, publicly urged Paramount+ to reinstate the episode, stating on X (formerly Twitter) that Kirk "loved that he was featured in 'South Park'" and "would want the episode back up." this statement directly contradicts the narrative being pushed by some online.
