GRETNA, La. (WGNO) -- The Office of Motor Vehicle field office once located in Harvey, has been relocated.

According to OMV officials, the office will now be located inside the Oakwood Center shopping mall next to the JC Penny at 197 Westbank Expressway, Suite 1240 in Gretna.

"We're excited to continue offering our services to residents on the Westbank," said OMV Commissioner Dan Casey. "

Casey says the location offers the same convenient services as the previous office including:

"This location will be more accessible to residents and provide a greater economic impact to Jefferson Parish," said Casey.
