Rif Dimashq province: A young man died affected by the injury he sustained after being shot by unidentified individuals on a motorcycle near Al-Kaber Mosque in Bloudan town in Rif Dimashq, for dealing with the former regime.
This comes in light of ongoing security chaos in different Syrian provinces.
The Syrian Observatory has documented the death of 1,101 people, including 35 women and 22 children, in murder crimes and eliminations that come under retaliatory actions in different Syrian provinces since early 2025. Here is a regional distribution of fatalities:
Damascus: 50 fatalities, including a woman, among them were 26 persons whose death was based on sectarian affiliation.
Rif Dimashq: 99 fatalities, including three women, among them were 20 persons whose death was based on sectarian affiliation.
Homs: 355 fatalities, including 19 women and ten children, among them were 227 people whose death was based on sectarian affiliation.
Hama: 236 fatalities, including seven women and four children, among them were 147 people whose death was based on sectarian affiliation.
Latakia: 101 fatalities, including four women and six children, among them were 78 people whose death was based on sectarian affiliation.
Aleppo: 99 fatalities, among them were four persons whose death was based on sectarian affiliation.
Tartus: 75 fatalities, including a woman and a child, among them were 58 people whose death was based on sectarian affiliation.
Idlib: 21 fatalities.
Al-Suwaidaa: Six fatalities, among them were three persons whose death was based on sectarian affiliation.
Daraa: 51 fatalities, including a child, among them were two people whose death was based on sectarian affiliation.
