Rickey Dale Hodges, 63, of Owensboro, passed away Monday, May 26, 2025, while at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. He was born June 16, 1961, in Hartford, KY, to the late Verl and Edith Pharis Hodges. He was a faithful member of Pleasant Memorial Baptist Church with Bro. Denny Campbell as his pastor, being baptized on February 6, 2019. Rickey loved to read his bible, and his favorite song was "Has Anyone Seen Jesus Today". He also enjoyed his coffee and honey bun, along with cutting his grass and weed eating. Rickey was a very social person along with being a caring dad. He always knew how to crack a good joke!

Along with his parents, he is also preceded in death by a niece, Barbara House Riley.
