On Friday, Shah Rukh Khan himself shared a behind-the-scenes clip from the making of 'Tenu Ki Pata'. The video showed Diljit and Aryan laughing and enjoying themselves while working on the song.
Alongside the clip, SRK wrote a warm note thanking Diljit: "A heartfelt thanks and big jhappi to Diljit paaji... you are too kind and sweet. Hope Aryan didn't trouble you too much. Love you @diljitdosanjh #TenuKiPata out now."
Diljit expressed not just respect for Shah Rukh but also genuine praise for Aryan's musical talent. Speaking in Punjabi, Diljit shared that meeting Aryan for the first time felt almost like meeting SRK himself.
He revealed that Aryan knows how to play the guitar and sings beautifully, adding that during the dubbing session, Aryan impressed him by knowing every single note of the song.
The music video for 'Tenu Ki Pata' features veteran actor Manoj Pahwa in a stylised avatar, set against a backdrop full of chaos and ambition. Rapper Badshah also makes a special appearance in the video.
Musically, the track is high on energy. It mixes Diljit's signature Punjabi flavour with modern beats. The song has been composed, arranged, and produced by Ujwal Gupta, with lyrics penned by Kumaar.
The buzz around Aryan Khan's first project has been growing steadily. The recently released trailer of 'The Ba***ds of Bollywood' hinted at a raw, edgy take on the darker side of the film industry.
The series is going to stream on Netflix from September 18.
