How much do Strictly Come Dancing hosts Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman get paid?

It's the TV moment the nation has been waiting for as Strictly Come Dancing returns today (September 20) for its 23rd series.

Our Saturday nights are about to dazzle once more, with glitz, glamour, and many impressive dance routines.

There will be a new class of celebrities competing to lift the glitterball trophy this autumn, following in the footsteps of 2024 winners Chris McCausland and his professional dance partner Dianne Buswell.

Head judge Shirley Ballas will be back alongside Anton Du Beke, Craig Revel Horwood and Motsi Mabuse.

Meanwhile, dynamic duo Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman will also be returning to present the 23rd series, but how much do they get paid for hosting one of the biggest British TV shows during the prime-time weekend slots?

The pair have presented Strictly together since 2014 and last year it was reported they earn around £150,000 each for every series they host, according to The Mirror.

This year, Strictly returns to BBC One and BBC iPlayer on Saturday, September 20 from 6.40pm.

2024 champions Chris and Dianne will reprise their Bafta TV award-winning waltz to You'll Never Walk Alone during the launch episode.

The show will also reveal which professional dancers the 15 celebrity contestants will be paired with.

Plus, viewers can expect group dances starring the professional dancers and all 15 celebrities taking to the dancefloor for the first time, along with the judges.

Additionally, tonight's first Strictly 2025 instalment will feature an exclusive performance from Jessie J.
