Teddi Mellencamp feared the worst before undergoing surgery to remove multiple tumors from her brain.

In fact, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum's BFF Tamra Judge revealed the heartbreaking text she received from Teddi last month after she was rushed to the hospital following struggles with migraines that ending up being caused by cancerous masses inside her head.

"I don't know if it [was] just me or I was in the group text, but you said to me, 'You all thought I was mental, but actually, I'm on my deathbed,'" Tamra recounted during the March 13 episode of their Two Ts in a Pod podcast. "And I remember texting you back and said, 'No, you're not, because if you're on yours, then I'm on mine, because I can't live without you.'"

The friends and business partners were understandably emotional while recapping Teddi's health struggles. Teddi also shared more insight into the days leading up to her brain tumor diagnosis, which the accountability coach called "some of my darkest, saddest days."
