The Las Vegas Raiders made DE Maxx Crosby the highest payed non-quarterback in the history of the NFL and Dan isn't sure that's going to be nearly enough to get them to where they want to be when what they really need is a quarterback. While it does make sense to sign him since they will be facing mobile quarterbacks like Patrick Mahomes, Justin Herbert and Bo Nix, they still have a lot of work to do on their roster if they're going to become competitive in a very tough AFC West division.
