A new era begins in a pair of divisions on Saturday in Abu Dhabi as undisputed heavyweight champion Tom Aspinall aims to start his reign strong when he takes on former title challenger Ciryl Gane in the main event of UFC 321. Plus, Mackenzie Dern and Virna Jandiroba are set to clash for the vacant women's strawweight title in the co-main after Zhang Weili vacated to move up.

Aspinall is finally moving past the Jon Jones saga that saw him fight for and defend the interim crown over a two-year span. Now with Jones having retired and vacated, Aspinall can turn over a new leaf with the undisputed title in tow. Aspinall has never gone past the second round with finishes in every pro bout. Gane, meanwhile, is coming off a pair of wins to get back to title contention.
