The documentary offers an intimate glimpse into Ms Ardern's time in office, featuring home footage shot by her husband and never-before-heard audio from her tenure as New Zealand's leader.

Co-directors Lindsay Utz and Michelle Walshe take viewers behind the scenes of her administration and private life, covering seven years marked by significant challenges, including a deadly volcanic eruption, New Zealand's worst-ever terror attack and a global pandemic.

It highlights her journey as a feminist political icon, the birth of her child while in office, her sudden resignation and her ongoing advocacy against isolationism, fear and the distortion of truth.
