HOUSTON -- Harris County deputies responded to a shooting call early Sunday morning at a warehouse in north Harris County. When they arrived, they found two people shot and one person possibly assaulted. A fourth person who may have been connected was pronounced dead at the hospital.
The scene unfolded on Mitchell Road, which is near Airline Drive. Sheriff Ed Gonzalez posted to X about the call on Sunday morning a little after 6 a.m.
All three people who were found at the warehouse were said to be in serious condition.
The fourth person who Gonzalez said was possibly connected to the scene was taken to the hospital in a private vehicle, where he was pronounced dead.
Gonzalez said it appears the warehouse was being used as an unlicensed after-hours bar.
