KUWAIT CITY, Oct 5: The General Administration of Traffic has announced a complete closure of the left lane on the expressway of Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan Road (near the Fifth Roundabout) opposite the Jabriya area. The closure will extend from the intersection with King Abdulaziz bin Abdul Rahman Al Saud Road (Fahaheel Expressway) to the intersection with Maghrib Expressway.

The closure will take effect starting Sunday evening, October 5, 2025, and is expected to last for two months. Traffic authorities stated that the closure is necessary to carry out essential road maintenance and improvement works. Drivers are advised to plan alternative routes and exercise caution while traveling in the affected area to avoid congestion and ensure safety.
