Crawford took to the Gene Leahy Mall stage to celebrate his boxing title win over Errol Spence Jr.!
A parade for Terence "Bud" Crawford will take place in downtown Omaha on Saturday, Sept. 27.
The celebration, which is set to begin at 10 a.m., will come two weeks after the Omaha boxing superstar defeated Canelo Alvarez by unanimous decision in a bout at Las Vegas' Allegiant Stadium.
Crawford's win ensured he stayed undefeated at 42-0 as he also captured all four super middleweight titles. Crawford's fight against Canelo Alvarez was streamed globally on Netflix.
Mayor John Ewing announced plans for the parade at a press conference on Wednesday.

It will be the second time in three years the city will host a downtown parade in Crawford's honor.
In August 2023, Omaha threw a parade after Crawford defeated Errol Spencer Jr., a win that made him the first modern male boxer to be undisputed champion in two weight classes.
