Gage Graziano pitched a one-hit shutout as the Tennessee High Vikings took a 6-0 Upper Lakes Conference baseball win over rival David Crockett on Monday.
THS gained a bit of revenge against the team that eliminated the Bristolians from last year's TSSAA District 1-AAA tournament.
Graziano was grand as he walked one and struck out 12. He did not allow a hit until Gabe Story led off the sixth inning with a single.
Dayne Musick scored two runs and tallied two RBIs for the Vikings (2-2), while Rylan Lambert drove in two runs and Russell Blevins rapped out two hits.
King's Academy 7, West Ridge 6
Kade Oliver and Brayden Barr each went 2-for-3 but it wasn't enough as West Ridge lost a non-conference clash.
The Wolves (1-1) led 5-1 through five innings but couldn't hold on.
