Ossai Ovie Success says influencer's wealth should fund schooling, not luxury, after unveiling new Lagos home.
The Senior Special Assistant on Media to the Delta State Governor, Ossai Ovie Success, has faulted TikTok sensation Peller for purchasing a new house while allegedly neglecting his education.
Ossai voiced his concerns on Instagram on Wednesday, sharing photos of Peller's newly acquired property in Lagos. He described the move as misplaced and disappointing, particularly given the influencer's age.
"Peller buying a house and a car at his age when he ought to be in school is disappointing. I am disappointed in those managing him," Ossai wrote.
The media aide advised that the young creator's earnings should be redirected towards advancing his studies, warning that wealth without knowledge could be short-lived.
"The boy is too young to forget about education. Please, take Peller back to school and invest his money. I am really disappointed," he added.
Peller, who recently unveiled his home in Lagos reportedly worth hundreds of millions, has been in the spotlight for his rapid rise on TikTok. His latest milestone has attracted both praise and criticism online, with Ossai's comments sparking fresh debate about education, wealth, and social media fame among young Nigerians.
