The Berlin Film Festival has unveiled the first titles which will have their world premieres in the Berlinale Special section, including "Islands," a neo-noir thriller starring Sam Riley and Stacy Martin, directed by German director Jan-Ole Gerster, and "Honey Bunch," a Canadian film directed by Madeleine Sims-Fewer and Dusty Mancinelli.

Both films will be presented as "Latenight Specials." The festival has also announced its first movie slotted for a world premiere in the Berlinale Special Gala section, "Köln 75," which tells the true story of Vera Brandes, the teenage patron of the 1970's Cologne music scene who organized Keith Jarrett's legendary Köln Concert. Directed by Ido Fluk, "Köln 75" stars Mala Emde, John Magaro and Alexander Scheer.
