The New Yorker has released the full lineup of the 2025 New Yorker festival, taking place October 24th through 26th in New York City. The festival will feature appearances and performances by leading voices in literature,film,comedy,television,politics,and medicine. Luminaries including Salman Rushdie, Percival Everett, Demi Moore, Jon Stewart, Lina Khan, Jonathan Groff, Keanu Reeves, Sarah Jessica Parker, zadie smith, and Padma Lakshmi will join New Yorker writers and editors for an invigorating range of conversations, screenings, and more, part of the magazine's yearlong celebration of its hundredth anniversary. Along with interviews and panels, the Festival will host the New York première of "the New Yorker at 100," an upcoming Netflix documentary that delves into the magazine's first century and follows staff members as they assemble the landmark hundredth Anniversary Issue. the film débuted last week at the Telluride Film Festival and was directed by Marshall Curry, an Academy Award winner for the 2019 best Live action Short "The Neighbors' Window." Judd Apatow,an executive producer of the New Yorker documentary,will appear alongside Curry for a discussion after the screening.
