Where To Eat Pie For British Pie Week 2025

Where To Eat Pie For British Pie Week 2025

As one of Britain's most loved dishes, pie is a staple in restaurants and pubs around London. The buttery, flakey dish is a cozy, wintertime essential, so it only makes sense that the city would celebrate the beloved British favorite with a week dedicated to pie. From March 3rd to 9th, 2025, London's restaurants and pubs are serving up special or limited-edition pies in honor of British Pie Week. Ahead, all the best places to eat a pie during British Pie Week 2025.

Paying tribute to London's Cockney heritage, the Holborn Dining Room at Rosewood London will be making two limited edition pies in honor of British Pie Week. The spot will serve up a British Beef Short Rib & Bone Marrow Pie and a Curried Lamb Pie & Chili Caper Raita. Both will be made using traditional British pie-making techniques and accompanied with endless servings of mash.

For Pie Week 2025, The Audley Public House presents a pie collaboration between executive chef Jamie Shears and Michelin-starred chef Alex Dilling. The two have created a posh pork pie, an elevated take on the beloved pub classic using black truffle, boudin noir, Alsace bacon, trumpet mushrooms and other delicious ingredients.

Grabbing a pie at The Pelican is a time-honored Sunday tradition. The cozy Notting Hill spot serves up a selection of incredibly delicious pies that highlight British seasonal ingredients and locally sourced produce. On the menu, you can expect to find pies like chicken, ham and leek pie, venison pie or lobster and monkfish pie.

Executive head chef Ramiro Lafuente Martinez has curated a special menu of savory and sweet pies in honor of British Pie Week 2025 at The Connnaught Grill. With options on the menu like braised ox cheek pie with confit Yukon gold potato, parsley, bitter leaves and bone marrow sauce, leek & spenwood cheese tart with white asparagus, morels, hazelnuts and a wild garlic sauce, or an apple & rhubarb pie, there's something for everyone.

You'll always find seasonal pies on the weekly changing menu of Café Deco. The European-style restaurant in Bloosmbury has pies that reflect the best of what's in season, including the current addition of a winter greens and feta pie.

As a nod to London's original pie and mash shops, The Wolseley City will serve up a limited-edition pie and mash with parsley liquor (a traditional minced beef pie that will be served with buttery mash potatoes, a chili vinegar and a parsley liquor) alongside their 'Monument' fish pie, a regular on the menu with cod, salmon and prawns.

Available exclusively during British Pie Week, Boxcar Bar & Grill will offer two exceptional creations, including a Surf 'n' Turf Pie that merges slow-braised beef and fresh oysters. It pays homage to historic British pie-making traditions while balancing the best of land and sea.

As a signature dish on the menu at Claridge's Restaurant, the Claridge's Fish Pie is a fan favorite. Designed to share, the delicious pie is created utilizing Scottish langoutine, cod, salmon and smoked haddock and topped with roasted langoustines to elevate the classic dish.

Utilizing an ingredient-led approach to British cooking, St. JOHN offers hearty, flavorful pies, including the classic chicken and ox tongue pie or the ox cheek and picked walnut pie. All the pies are a celebration of British heritage, encapsulated in a flaky pie crust that soaks up the gravy perfectly.
