SUKKUR - Barrister Arsalan Islam Sheikh, Mayor of Sukkur and spokesperson for the Sindh Government on Sunday has extended his warmest congratulations to the Gambat Institute of Medical Sciences (GIMS) on a remarkable achievement successfully completing 140 bone marrow transplants.
