The flat 6.78-inch 120Hz LTPO AMOLED display on the Vivo X300 Pro has a 1.5K resolution and bezels that are just only 1.1mm thick on all four sides according to the leaker. It's based on a new BOE Q10+ panel and comes with a new ultrasonic fingerprint sensor. Meanwhile, the Dimensity 9500 plus the V3+ and VS1 co-processors that are already known from the Vivo X200 Ultra are supposed to improve photos and videos as well as overall performance. According to previous tests, this MediaTek SoC is almost as quick as the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5. Vivo has also teased a dual-UFS 4.1 controller, a 6,510mAh battery with 90W fast charging via USB-C 3.2 as well as wireless charging.

The Vivo X300 weighs 6.7 oz and is just marginally thicker than the Pro model.
