There is seemingly never a dull day in the world of Nate Diaz and whilst he has been out in Thailand filming for a Russian reality TV series, things have been no different.
Earlier this month, it was bizarrely announced that Nate Diaz would take on Jon Jones in a Russian reality TV series similar to The Ultimate Fighter.
The news came as a huge surprise to UFC fans, as they have been waiting for news regarding Jon Jones' potential title unification fight against Tom Aspinall.
Despite that, just a few weeks into the filming of 'Alf Reality', which has been taking place in Thailand, chaos has erupted between Nate Diaz's team and a group of Dagestani fighters.
It was announced this past Wednesday that Diaz and his team were leaving Thailand and were not filming anymore of the reality TV series after a huge brawl erupted between his team and some Russian fighters.
Nate's teammate, Jake Shields, claimed that the beef stemmed from Diaz's historic feuds with both Khabib Nurmagomedov and Khamzat Chimaev.
Despite Shields' claim of a huge brawl having erupted, it was unclear how the fight started, however, new footage that has surfaced online shows a Russian fighter putting his hands on Diaz, igniting a huge riot.
"American gangster, yes?" the Russian fighter asked Diaz as he got closer to his face.
"I'm a Russian gangster, it would be a good fight, yes?" the fighter said as he attempted to shove Diaz, who reacted quickly enough and pushed him back.
"Zalik, what are you doing?" one of the team members said as he quickly jumped in to pull the Russian fighter away.
"Come here!" he continued to shout in the direction of Diaz.
Then, a punch is thrown towards the fighter who attempted to fight Diaz, however, it is unknown whether he is a member of the former UFC star's team.
A riot immediately started as the 'Russian gangster' looked around, attempting to pick out who it was that threw a punch at him.
According to Shields, Diaz and his team were stalked by Russian fighters on motorcycles for days after the incident, before they ended up leaving Thailand.
It is currently unknown who will take over from Diaz in the filming of 'Alf Reality', however, the UFC heavyweight champion, Jones, is still in Thailand as he delays his UFC return.
