Get ready for a laughter-packed weekend as the Friendly City Comedy Crew presents its 7 in 10 Comedy Show! Seven comedians will take to the stage on two consecutive nights, each with ten minutes to deliver nonstop laughs.

The shows run on 31 October and 1 November at The Athenaeum, Central, starting at 7:30 p.m. both nights. Each evening features a brand-new host and a completely fresh lineup, a mix of familiar favourites, rising stars, and surprise guests.

Local entertainer Thuba Myeki opens the Friday night show; expect big energy, killer vocals, and comedy flair. On Saturday, the stage lights up with Robby Collins, the award-winning comedian flying in from Johannesburg. With decades of local and international experience, Collins is guaranteed to have the crowd in stitches.

Founded by Chantal Harris and Nolwazi Nkwandla, the Friendly City Comedy Crew began as a platform to create stage time for Nelson Mandela Bay comedians. It has since grown into a vibrant hub for performers honing their craft and sharing their unique brand of humour.

Among those bringing the laughs this weekend are Ngcaphephe Suka, Jermaine Mattroos, Zaheer Gaida, Ntsika Qha, and Speech Man G, each promising their own flavour of funny.
