Filipino golf star Miguel Tabuena and several players in the field of the International Series Philippines presented by BingoPlus wore blue ribbons on Saturday to honor the memory of Paolo "Paowee" Tantoco, a beloved figure in Philippine golf and one of the driving forces behind the tournament.
