Strictly Come Dancing's Tom Skinner has exposed how much the BBC are paying him for the 2025 series.
The dance competition's first episode is just weeks away, and the former Apprentice hopeful is set to star alongside former Geordie Shore favourite Vicky Pattison, Neighbours icon Stefan Dennis and ex-England rugby ace Chris Robshaw.
The lineup also features former England women's footballer Karen Carney and Emmerdale star Lewis Cope, both ready to strut their stuff. Ahead of the show, Thomas has revealed the jaw-dropping fee he's pocketing for the BBC dance competition stint.
The 34-year-old told The Times: "I'm getting ten grand for Strictly but seriously, I'd do it for a tenner," reports the Express. He also emphasised that cash isn't driving him and declared: "It's an absolute honour."
Thomas will compete alongside 14 other famous faces gunning for the prestigious Glitterball Trophy. Love Island favourite Dani Dyer, former footballer Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink and Doctor Who star Alex Kingston will also be competing in this year's roster.
YouTuber George Clarke, model Ellie Goldstein - the first person with Down Syndrome to feature on British Vogue's cover - and RuPaul's Drag Race UK sensation La Voix are also in the running. Thomas recently hit the headlines after storming out of a pre-series press conference.
Tom abruptly left a recent event at Elstree Studios following a chat with a group of journalists.
On 10 September Thomas took to Instagram to clarify the situation:: "To set the record straight off the back of yesterday. During one of the interviews, a journalist placed their phone on the table to record the conversation."
He claimed: "I happened to catch a glimpse of the screen and saw numerous messages - not about Strictly, but about a personal story from my past."
Tom added: "I've been through some difficult times in my life which I've worked hard to move on from. In that moment, seeing it there caught me off guard. I felt it was best to step away and gather myself."
