And when post here about the issues they send you a message from "Consumer Care" requesting you send them a private message that you have to do by another complicated method instead of just directly replying to the message! I have done that method before and it was a total waste of time. What would they find out from private messaging that is not already widely communicated from all of the complaint posts here??? Apparently they do not know how to manage this type of system or even do their own internal testing to figure out how to fix issues.
But, they are Real good at sending me junk mail - WEEKLY life insurance solicitations. I bet I have recycled HUNDREDS, taking forever tearing off personal info before doing so. Now I also just mail part of it back with no personal info so they pay the postage.....
