Jennifer Jones, who joined RGP through its acquisition of Veracity Consulting, steps into the new executive role as the Nasdaq-listed firm sharpens its brand and go-to-market strategy.
Publicly traded global professional services firm RGP (Nasdaq: RGP) has appointed Jennifer Jones as its first chief marketing officer, effective immediately.
Formerly known as Resources Global Professionals, RGP is headquartered in Dallas, with a corporate office in Irvine, California, and offices worldwide.
"The consulting industry has undergone massive disruption, and this is the right time to bring someone into this role to help set our brand apart," said RGP CEO Kate Duchene. "Jen has been a driving force behind our storytelling and brand evolution efforts and has played a key role in our digital and sales strategies. Her rare mix of marketing, sales, and go-to-market expertise will be instrumental in bringing our brand vision to life, and we're eager to build on the momentum we're already seeing."
Jones joined RGP in 2019 through its acquisition of digital transformation firm Veracity Consulting Group, where she had served as managing director of user experience and design. Since 2023, she has overseen Veracity's human-centered design, marketing, and consulting sales functions as senior vice president of brand, marketing, and sales.
As CMO, Jones will lead all strategic marketing initiatives and report directly to Duchene. Her focus will include aligning brand strategy with the firm's go-to-market vision, enhancing marketing support across all business segments, and advancing the company's brand storytelling.
"I've had the privilege of driving transformative change for Fortune 500 companies throughout my career, and I look forward to bringing focus to RGP's brand strategy during such an exciting time," Jones said in a statement. "We have an incredible opportunity to bring RGP's flexible engagement models and market differentiation to life in a way that creates broader recognition in the dynamic professional services marketplace."
The Dallas-based publicly traded consulting firm provides flexible solutions across finance, HR, operations, and technology. The firm employs more than 2,600 professionals and supports more than 1,700 clients globally, including the majority of the Fortune 100.
