WILLIAMSON CO., Tenn. (WSMV) - Williamson County Fire Rescue conducted a water rescue near downtown Leiper's Fork Tuesday evening.
WCFR said a homeowner's driveway flooded during Tuesday's severe weather.
The homeowner tried to drive through the water when their car was swept away, WCFR said. Fire rescue crews from seven stations responded to help in the water rescue.

The water rescue was a success. Fire rescue crews were able to help get the homeowner to safety and neither the victim nor rescuers were hurt, according to WCFR.
