Forest Ridge Senior Living is the only privately owned skilled and long-term care facility in Teller County. We also have beautiful hand painted murals throughout the facility. Forest Ridge is an 80-bed facility with 20 rooms in 4 units, all residents have private rooms with private bathrooms.

With small units, nursing and other staff can provide more individualized and focused care ensuring each unique individual's needs are met. Forest Ridge offers rehab, long-term care, memory care, hospice care and respite care. Forest Ride has a physician and nurse practitioner who visit weekly to oversee care and are available 24/7.

Forest Ridge offers a "secured" memory unit with a beautiful courtyard for those with memory concerns. Forest Ridge also offers 24-hour nursing and CNA staff, nutritional services and dietary management, dining rooms with beautiful views, living rooms with fireplaces and daily activities for those who wish to participate.

Forest Ridge offers inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation with a state-of-the-art rehab gym that offers physical, occupational and speech therapy. Forest Ridge also provides ancillary services that come to the facility to provide care to our residents, such as dental, vision, podiatry, and counseling services. We also provide transportation for medical appointments. Forest Ridge is Medicare and Medicaid Certified and can accept private insurance, Veterans Affairs and private pay residents.
