The Senate stands adjourned until 10:00am on Tuesday, November 4, 2025.

Following Leader remarks, the Senate will be in a period of morning business with senators permitted to speak therein for up to 10 minutes each.

The Senate will recess from 12:30pm until 2:15pm to allow for the weekly conference meetings.

At approximately 2:15pm, the Senate will vote on confirmation of Executive Calendar #370 Joshua D. Dunlap, of Maine, to be United States Circuit Judge for the First Circuit.

During Monday's session, Senator Thune filed cloture on Executive Cal #421 Caleb Orr, of Texas, to be an Assistant Secretary of State (Economic and Business Affairs). Consideration of the nomination is expected during Wednesday's session.
