K-Beauty fans can get their hands on 'refreshing' eyes masks for less with a new promotion. The Thank You Farmer Rice Pure Jelly Hydrogel Brightening Eye Patches come in a packet of 60 for £20.99 and at the minute there's a buy two get one free offer across Korean skincare at Superdrug.
The patches use rice bran and lotus petals to visibly depuff and brighten alongside a blend of allantoin, niacinamide and panthenol to sooth and hydrate. They're made with patented hydrogel and they're not just for eyes. They come in two sizes so that they can be used anywhere.
Most undereye masks are a single size that consumers are used to. Nip+Fab's Hyaluronic Fix Extreme4 Hydration Jelly Eye Patches cost £19.95 and includes 20 pairs, these come in a tub that can be stored in the fridge. The likes of Summer Fridays Jet Lag Eye Patches are individually packed patches that are more transport friendly, although at £25 for six sets they're not so kind on the purse strings.
There aren't many reviews online yet, but there are two over on Cult Beauty. One shopper said: "These are now my new favourite eye patches. What makes these different to other eye masks is the shape. They're big and domed like and so hug the under eyes perfectly whilst covering a lot of surface era.
"What I love even more about these eye masks is that there is no waste! You have the little tear drop masks which I apply on my smile lines. I pop mine in the fridge and apply in the morning which gives the most cooling and refreshing feeling. The rice bran and lotus are the perfect combo in the morning to depuff, brighten and sooth those tired eyes."
The other review reads: "I wasn't keen on these eye patches they are hydrating enough and are at a great price but they are really big and I prefer mine to be smaller. I also didn't notice much improvement under my eye area like I have done with the Bioeffect ones."
The BIOEFFECT Imprinting Eye Mask Pack contains eight sets of masks for £39. Jada Jones on our team was able to try out the masks at an event earlier this week and said: "I love how big these are, I've tried a lot of the classic sized under eye patches and find they have a tendency to move about. These hold firm in place and I found my skin soaked them up. The smaller ones have smile lines in mind which I think is a clever spin on a classic."
