THE last round of fixtures in the Cheshire County League saw Neston and Oxton's Premier League game abandoned meaning both sides avoid relegation.

In Division One, Port Sunlight's Jordan Collier took 5-18 as Stockport Georgians made 242-8. A brilliant all round performance from Collier saw him then hit 86 with Simon Melberzs making 66 as the hists were bowled out for 197.

Sajith De Silva (73) and Thisal Jayawardana (57no) helped Maritime make 207-6 against Grappenhall who replied with 208-5.

Upton finished their Division Two campaign strongly after a century from departing Australian Chris McArthur (118) and 94 from Luke Camden saw the hosts post 278-5 against Stockport. Phil McGowan (3-20) was the pick of the bowlers as Upton won the game by 106 runs.
