Are you ready for it? As in Taylor Swift headlining the Super Bowl LX halftime show?
During Wednesday's appearance on the "Today" show, NFL commissioner Roger Goodell hinted at the "Love Story" singer performing in the future.
"We would always love to have Taylor play. She is a special, special talent, and obviously she would be welcome at any time," Goodell said, when asked if Swift was invited to play the Super Bowl.
When host Savannah Guthrie asked, "Is it in the works?" Goodell replied, "I can't tell you anything about it."
Roc Nation, owned by Jay Z, has produced the Super Bowl Halftime Show since 2020, and Roger suggested that the final decision ultimately is up to the rapper.
He said, "I'm waiting on my friend Jay-Z. It's in his hands. I'm waiting for the smoke to come out."
While the NFL has simply hinted at the possibility, Swifties have been going into a frenzy speculating for months that the pop superstar, who is newly engaged to Kansas City Chiefs player Travis Kelce, could take center stage in the upcoming halftime show.
Travis and Taylor began dating in 2023. "The Life of a Showgirl" has been a frequent supporter at her fiancé's NFL games before the two announced their proposal heard around the world.
Taylor shared a sweet carousel of Instagram photos of Travis proposing against the backdrop of white and pink florals at their home in Missouri.
"Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married [dynamite emoji]," the pop star wrote in the caption.
This year's show is set to take place at Levi's Stadium, home of the San Francisco 49ers, in Santa Clara, California, on Feb. 8, 2026.
