English actor Tom Holland was injured during a stunt while filming the upcoming "Spider-Man: Brand New Day" movie in England.
According to Hollywood media outlets, the 29-year-old actor fell and struck his head on set at Leavesden Studios in Watford, Hertfordshire, where productions such as "Harry Potter," "The Batman" and "House of the Dragon" have also filmed.
Tom was reportedly taken by ambulance to a hospital, treated, and later released. It was said that he is believed to have sustained a concussion and is expected to take a temporary break from filming.
Another person, identified as a stuntwoman, was also taken to the hospital following the incident, according to the report.
Filming of the £150 million project was suspended after an accident. The release date is expected to remain on track, but the schedule may be adjusted.
Meanwhile, Tom's fiancée and co-star, Zendaya, along with Jacob Batalon and other cast members, promptly expressed their support.
Industry insiders confirmed that Zendaya, who was present at a charity dinner with Holland the following evening, departed with him early after he began experiencing discomfort.
The fourth installment in the Marvel-Sony franchise is currently slated to open in theaters on July 31, 2026, with "Shang-Chi" director Destin Daniel Cretton at the helm.
The cast also includes Zendaya, Jon Bernthal, Jacob Batalon, Mark Ruffalo, and J.K. Simmons.
