College volleyball is back baby. Get ready for a heated matchup as defending champion No. 2 Penn State takes on No. 14 Kansas at the AVCA First Serve.
The Nittany Lions put a bow on a storybook season last December when they defeated Louisville for the program's eight national title. Since then, the program has graduated some heavy-hitters, but they still have a strong core in libero Gillian Grimes, middle Jordan Hopp and setter Izzy Starck.
Kansas rounded out last year's tournament with an early loss to Florida in the round of 32. With new head coach Matt Ulmer under helm and a swath of fresh faces joining the program, Kansas is looking to usher in a new era of dominance this season.
Don't miss this top-ranked showdown.
