Deals: Best Buy Memorial Day sale, Pixel 9/Pro/Fold $300 off, Google Nest Thermostat (4th Gen), and more

Google's latest unlocked Pixel 9/Pro and 9 Pro Fold are up to $300 off at Amazon again, deals from $599

Amazon has now dropped the prices once again across the latest Google Pixel 9 lineup with unlocked units now starting down at $599. Right on the heels of the brand's official Mother's Day sale, Amazon has now brought back much of the same price drops, delivering up to $300 in savings on the Pixel 9 Pro Fold and as much as $250 off the Pixel 9/Pro models. All of the details await below.

Much like we saw with the Mother's Day event, Amazon is offering an additional $50 in savings on select configurations by comparison to the official direct deals we saw earlier this month. It is also worth noting that many of these deals are also once again available over at Best Buy as well.

While the starter 128GB Pixel 9 Pro is $50 more today that we saw for Mother's Day at Amazon, that particularly deal was only live for about half a day before it jumped back up to the $200 in savings we have here today. You are otherwise looking at deals on par with the best we tracked for mom's big day in early May with the real highlights landing on the entry-level Pixel 9, the 256GB Pixel 9 Pro at $250 off, and the $300 in savings on the Fold.

Over the weekend we caught the return of Mother's Day pricing on most of the latest Pixel 9 smartphone lineup, as well as some solid deals on the current-gen Google Nest Thermostat (4th Gen), but Amazon has also brought back the notable sale pricing on the Pixel Watch 2. While not the latest in the lineup, it delivers an awfully similar-looking wearable experience with many of the most used featured you'll find on the series 3 - it is now back at the Amazon low starting from $149.99 shipped too.

As we mentioned during the Mother's Day event - the first time we saw this model drop this low at Amazon, you'll want to remember that this watch carried a $350 price tag before Google introduced the Pixel Watch 3 and issued a permanent price drop to the previous Series 2 model. Even still this one carries a regular list price at $250 these days for the standard Wi-Fi model and a $300 list on the LTE version, both of which are now seeing serious price drops once again:

Again it's not Pixel Watch 3 and the new models aren't, as of yet, returning to the Mother's Day rates at Amazon at the time of writing, but it is a great way to land a Google wearable for a whole lot less. The most affordable 41mm Pixel Watch 3 has never dropped below $280 at Amazon for the record.

More Google tech deals to check out ahead of Memorial Day 2025:

Much like we saw with the Pixel 9/Pro series this morning, Amazon is now giving folks a chance at the spring savings on the latest Google Nest Learning Thermostat (4th Gen). Regularly $280, all three colors have dropped back down to $239.99 shipped this morning to deliver nearly 15% in savings at a return to its lowest price of the year. Just be sure to head below for more details and a chance to save a whole lot more on open-box units from Best Buy.

Today's deal on the brand-new listings land within $10 of the official Black Friday price from last year and on par with the lowest of the year, as we alluded to above.

But to save even more than that, quite a bit more than that in fact, scope out the Best Buy open-box listings. The "excellent" condition units with warranties are also back down at notable discounted pricing right now as well:

While not quite as low as we featured previously, we are looking at prices well below the new listings and some of the lowest of the year - the silver model is within $19, the Obsidian within $8, and the Gold is matching our previous mention.

As a quick reminder, these open-box units from Best Buy actually ship with a 2-year parts and labor warranty alongside the inclusion of "all original parts, packaging and accessories (or suitable replacement)" alongside devices that "work and look like new."

If you head over to this page you'll find all of the stock Galaxy Watch 7 configurations marked down by $80 - the 40mm model is at $219.99 and the 44mm is at $249.99 shipped. Choose your color and size, and on the next page Best Buy will present you with a series of official Samsung watch bands you can add to your order for FREE - this includes the regularly $50 sport bands, the $70 Athleisure band, and the $50 Fabric band in various colors.

Last time we saw this deal, there was only one bonus FREE band style up for grabs.

Here's how the pricing breaks down in the Best Buy Memorial Day sale - all of them include the extra FREE band with purchase:

Just after Noting announced that it will be debuting a new set of over-ear headphones in the vein of the new Sony WH-1000XM6 we just reviewed, Amazon is now bringing back all-time low pricing on its current flagship earbuds. You'll now find the Nothing Ear buds down at $114 shipped in black. They carry a regular price tag at $149, despite Amazon listing them at $159, and are now back to the Black Friday pricing we featured late last year and last month.

Today's deal is a Lightning offer that should only be available for a limited time and in limited quantity. While these Amazon Lightning deals tend to stick around for longer than they used to in years past, or rather just carry over to a standard offer thereafter in some cases, this is either way a solid deal on these unique, conversation-starting earbuds.

We are big fans of the brand's headphones, as detailed in our hands-on review of the lineup right here, and it's not only because of how cool they look.

You'll find up to 45dB of Active Noise Cancellation on Nothing Ear, as well as hi-res audio support including "24bit/192kHz with LHDC 5.0 and up to 990kbps with frequencies up to 24bit/96kHz via devices that support it." That's on top of as much as 40.5 hours of battery life and integrated ChatGPT functionality for folks with a Nothing handset to pair them up with.

But again, the semi-see through construction, on top of the almost modern-retro cyberpunk aesthetics are a real highlight for me.
