The whole Mike Tyson vs Floyd Mayweather boxing exhibition match has blindsided not only boxing people and fans but the world of sport.

Frankly, no one knows what it is going to be just yet.

It is a bit like a car crash, you don't want to look but the novelty of it will probably generate a huge worldwide audience for the event.

The two are huge names in boxing still to this day and both have immense power, not just in boxing.

Former world super-middleweight champion from the UK Carl Froch said on his podcast earlier about it:

"Is it really right that Mike Tyson's going to go in there and start swinging big hooks at Floyd Mayweather and we're going to expect Floyd Mayweather to jab and box and move and outpoint his way to a victory against Mike Tyson?"

It is something strange in that the sheer difference in weight of both fighters is dramatic.

One was a heavyweight, the other a welterweight.

Tyson is far older than Mayweather as well and Mayweather keeps in shape and frankly Mayweather could still get in there with many top welterweights and give them a run for their money if he wanted to.
