A bicyclist is dead, and a driver is charged with manslaughter for driving under the influence.The Boca Raton Police Department says the male bicyclist who was in his 40's was traveling on a bicycle lane when he was hit by a car.The victim died at the scene.Police arrested the driver at the scene charged them with DUI Manslaughter.This is an ongoing investigation.
